To confirm that your order went through, the easiest way is to check your email (you may need to check your spam filter too).
You will receive an email that is your receipt usually within a minute or so of placing an order. If you have ordered live poultry and selected a shipping date, you will receive a second email confirming that shipping date too shortly after ordering.
Also, you can check to see if you have an outstanding order on our website. To do so, follow these steps -
- Go to My Account, and Login -
- From the My Account page, click Orders -
- From this Orders overview screen, you will see all the orders you have placed with us -
If you do not see your order on this screen, it did not go through. If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to place an order via phone, please simply contact us.
