We try our best to make sure the hatch date you choose works out. However, in the live poultry industry, there are many things that can affect a hatch.
Because we are working with live animals, hatch results can vary from week to week.

Weather conditions can affect the hatch or shipping plans.

Hatch rates can vary, and sometimes fewer chicks hatch than expected.
How will I know if my order shipped?
If your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If your order does not ship, you will not receive a shipping confirmation email saying it shipped.
What happens if my hatch date changes?
After the hatch, if your order is unable to ship, we will move your order to a new hatch date.
Once your order is moved, you will receive an email with your new hatch date.
