How long does it take to receive my supplies?
Delivery time depends on whether your supplies were ordered separately, with live birds, or if they cannot ship with live poultry.
Supply delivery times can vary
If supplies are ordered separately from live birds, they should arrive about 10–21 days after we receive your payment.
If supplies are ordered with live birds and can be shipped with them, they should arrive about 2–3 days after your ship date.

Order early so you are ready for your chicks
If you are ordering supplies with your chick order, it is best to choose a hatch date that is a few weeks away or more.
This gives your supplies time to arrive before your chicks so your brooder and setup are ready when the birds arrive.

Chicks need to go into a warm, prepared brooder as soon as they arrive, so it is important to have your supplies ahead of time.
