Supply Orders
How are the supplies shipped?
Most supply orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Supplies usually ship by USPS
The majority of the time, we ship supply orders through the United States Postal Service.
We try to get supply orders shipped out as soon as possible after the order is placed.
Supplies do not ship with chicks
Supply orders do not ship in the same box as live chicks.
If you order supplies at the same time as your chicks, the supplies will ship separately and may arrive on a different day.
USPS Shipping
Most supply orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Separate From Chicks
Supplies are not packed or shipped with live poultry orders.
May Arrive Later
Non-live products can move slower through USPS and may arrive after your chicks.
Will my supplies arrive before my chicks?
Not always. If you order supplies at the same time as your chicks and your hatch date is the next day, your supplies will most likely not arrive before your chicks.
Live poultry shipments and supply shipments move separately, and non-live products may take longer to move through the postal system.
What to remember
Supplies are shipped separately from live chicks, so please plan ahead and order any needed brooder supplies early when possible.
