How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online from your account until 4 days before your hatch date. All cancelled orders are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
Canceling your order online
Canceling your order online is easy. Log in to your account, go to your orders, select the order you wish to cancel, and click the red X icon to cancel the order.
When an order is cancelled, it is cancelled in both our website system and our shipping system.
How to cancel your order
Follow these steps to cancel your order from your account:
Start by logging in to your customer account on our website.
Once logged in, go to My Orders to view your order history.
Click on the specific order you wish to cancel.
Click the red X icon on the order page to cancel your order.
