We have an “Arrive Alive” guarantee. We guarantee your ordered number of birds arrive healthy and true to breed.
Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with you you receive your order so we can ensure that your birds have the safest possible journey and adjustment period after arrival.
If you do have any losses covered under our guarantee, can reimburse you or reship your birds if the birds are still available. Reshipments are subject to availability and minimum shipping requirements. If eligible, we will reship only once. Reimbursements are limited to the cost of the birds and will not include shipping charges.
You can easily report any losses you have on our website, generally up to one week after shipment. To do so:
- Navigate to My Account then Orders -
- Complete the simple loss claim form by letting us know the number of live, healthy chicks you currently have on the order (we often include extras). Select the resolution method you would prefer (reshipments are subject to shipping minimums and availability), and click submit.
After we receive your claim submission, we will review the details and follow up with you.
