When you place an order, you will be able to select from the available shipping dates for the specific breeds and quantities you have ordered.
Our shipping dates are on Mondays and Wednesdays. After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirming your hatch and shipping date.
On your hatch and shipping date, you'll receive another email with the tracking number letting your know that your chicks are on the way. Generally, live poultry orders arrive 2-3 days after shipment.
Tracking numbers aren't always accurate, but they can give you an idea when your chicks will arrive at your local Post Office.
After the chicks arrive locally, there are instructions on the box for your Postmaster to give you a call so that you can pick up the chicks.
Please note that all orders not picked up the day of arrival will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
