Selecting your hatch and ship date

When you place an order, you will be able to select from the available hatch and shipping dates for the specific breeds and quantities in your cart.

Our live poultry shipping dates are on Mondays and Wednesdays.

During checkout, you will select from the available hatch and shipping dates for your order.

Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your hatch and shipping date.

2–3 Day Arrival

Live poultry orders generally arrive 2–3 days after they ship.

Tracking your shipment

On your hatch and shipping date, you will receive another email with your tracking number letting you know that your chicks are on the way.

Tracking numbers are not always completely accurate, but they can help give you an idea of when your chicks may arrive at your local Post Office.

Picking up your chicks

After the chicks arrive locally, there are instructions on the box for your Postmaster to call you so you can pick up your chicks.

Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and that you are available to answer when the Post Office calls.

Pick up your chicks the day they arrive

Chicks should be picked up as soon as possible once they arrive locally so they can be placed into a warm brooder right away.

Please note that all orders not picked up the day of arrival will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
