If I order several different breeds, will they come together in the same shipment?
Yes. We coordinate your hatch and ship date based on the availability of each breed in your cart so your entire order ships together.
Your order will ship together
If you order several different breeds, we will schedule your order for a hatch and ship date when all breeds on your order are available.
This allows your full order to come in one shipment instead of being split into multiple shipments.
How your hatch date is selected
When you have birds in your shopping cart, the cart will show the next available day your order can hatch and ship.
The date shown is based on the first hatch date where every breed in your cart is available at the same time.
Cart Shows Your Date
Your cart will show the next available hatch and ship date for the breeds currently in your order.
All Breeds Must Be Available
Every breed on your order must be available on the same hatch date for the order to ship.
Orders Cannot Be Split
We cannot split one order into multiple shipments, but you may place multiple separate orders if needed.
How to see why a certain date is showing
If you would like to see why the shopping cart is giving you a specific hatch date, scroll down to the Availability Table in your cart.
The Availability Table shows the individual availability for each breed in your order. This helps you see which dates work for all breeds and which dates may not be available for one or more breeds.
Want different breeds sooner?
If one breed is pushing your hatch date farther out, you may choose to place multiple separate orders.
Each separate order will have its own hatch date, shipping cost, and shipment.
In most cases, keeping all breeds on one order is the simplest option because the cart will find the next date when every breed can hatch and ship together.
